The Taverna is the most private and authentic space in our restaurant, located inside a 15th-century historic palace. A subterranean setting that preserves the original character of the building and enhances its atmosphere: intimate, quiet, timeless.
It is designed for those who wish to experience the restaurant in a deeper way, away from the rhythm of the main dining room and dedicated exclusively to their table. Here, dinner does not follow the rules of a traditional service, but those of time, listening and sharing.
The paths of the chef and the sommelier intertwine to create a tailor-made experience, designed around the guests and their needs. For one evening, the restaurant slows down and takes your shape.
The Taverna can be reserved from 2 up to a maximum of 14–15 guests and is ideal for:
